These terms apply to your use of postt.co.za (the “site”), which is owned and run by POSTT (Pty) Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our work for clients is governed separately by our project terms & conditions and the estimate you sign.
Information on the site
The content on this site is general information about POSTT and our services. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn’t professional advice, and it doesn’t form an offer or a quote. Pricing, timelines and scope are only confirmed in a signed cost estimate.
Our content
The POSTT name and logo, and the text, design, images, video and code on this site, belong to POSTT or our clients and licensors. Client work appears with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or our systems;
- interfere with the site’s security or performance, including by scraping it in bulk or using automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as client sites and social platforms. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the site “as is”. To the extent the law allows, POSTT isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where it applies.
