We want to be straightforward about this. We use AI at POSTT, and it has helped us become more efficient.
There is value in being able to explore an idea, organise information or work through possibilities more quickly. Used thoughtfully, these tools can make parts of a project easier to move forward.
But choosing a direction still asks something of the people doing the work. We need to understand your business well enough to recognise what fits, what needs questioning and what should be left behind.
Your business deserves a proper conversation
You might come to us with a detailed brief. You might have an idea that is still finding its shape. Either way, we want to hear your thinking.
What are you trying to achieve? What have you already tried? What do your customers ask? What matters to the people inside the business?
There are often things you only learn through conversation. A phrase that sounds right on paper might feel completely wrong to your team. An apparently simple request might be connected to a much bigger change.
We need to make room for that context.
Efficiency still needs judgement
AI can produce an answer that sounds confident. Our responsibility is to ask whether it is accurate, appropriate and useful for the work in front of us.
Does it reflect what you actually offer? Can a claim be supported? Does the wording sound like your organisation? Is a technical suggestion suitable for the way the business operates?
A polished first answer is still something to examine. Our team remains responsible for the recommendations we make and the work we deliver.
The relationship is part of the work
Working efficiently should make collaboration easier. It should help us respond, explore and spend our attention well.
It should also leave you feeling heard. You should recognise your priorities in the direction we propose and understand why we have proposed it.
We will bring the tools and expertise that can help. You bring knowledge of your business that we need to understand.
The most useful work comes from putting those things together, with people who care enough to keep asking the right questions.
